Vanilla Affogato Sundaes

Ingredients:

4 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 tsp Vanilla Mart Extract
4 shots freshly brewed espresso
50g dark chocolate, finely chopped
Toasted hazelnuts, chopped
Chocolate curls for garnish

Method:

• Stir Vanilla Mart Extract into the freshly brewed espresso.
• Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream into each serving glass.
• Pour the warm espresso over the ice cream just before serving.
• Sprinkle with chopped dark chocolate and toasted hazelnuts.
• Finish with chocolate curls and serve immediately.
