Ingredients:
200g dark chocolate, melted
100ml double cream
50g sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Mart extract
Method:
- Temper chocolate and pour into egg-shaped molds, chill until set.
- Whip cream with sugar and vanilla to soft peaks.
- Fill chocolate shells with cream, seal with more chocolate.
- Chill until firm and serve as a festive treat.
