Vanilla Honey Muffins

Ingredients:

250g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
100g caster sugar
2 large eggs
120ml milk
80g melted butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp Vanilla Mart extract

Method:

• Preheat oven to 180°C and line a muffin tray.
• Mix flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl.
• In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, honey and Vanilla Mart extract.
• Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
• Spoon batter into muffin cases.
• Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and risen.
• Cool slightly before serving.
