Vanilla Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

60ml bourbon whisky
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tsp Vanilla Mart Extract
1 tsp brown sugar
Ice cubes
Orange peel, for garnish

Method:

• Place brown sugar and bitters into a mixing glass.
• Add Vanilla Mart Extract and stir until combined.
• Add bourbon whisky and ice.
• Stir until well chilled.
• Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
• Garnish with a twist of orange peel and serve.
