Vanilla Passionfruit Rum Cocktail

Ingredients:

50ml white rum
30ml passionfruit purée
20ml fresh lime juice
1 tsp Vanilla Mart extract
15ml sugar syrup
Ice cubes
Passionfruit halves and lime slices for garnish

Method:

• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
• Add rum, passionfruit purée, lime juice, sugar syrup and Vanilla Mart extract.
• Shake well until chilled.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass filled with fresh ice.
• Garnish with passionfruit and lime slices before serving.
